Professional Background:
I am a lawyer and real estate broker. I am also the co-founder and co-owner, with David S. Kres, Esq., of Buyers Brokers Only, LLC in Haverhill, MA.

I have been admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since 1995 and the State of New Hampshire since 1997. I am a partner in the law firm of Rosa & Kres, LLP.

In addition, I am also a licensed Massachusetts real estate broker.

Professional Passion:
I get fired up about helping potential home buyers. I believe the real estate industry is bias in favor of sellers, and there are not a lot of laws to protect home buyers. Exclusive buyer brokers level the playing field. Being a real estate broker and a lawyer, I like to think I give buyers the home field advantage.

Although real estate transactions appear to be routine transactions, there are many potential costly pitfalls awaiting unsuspecting home buyers. Always remember: It's not what you don't know, it's what you don't know you don't know. Think about it!

Educational Background:
I graduated cum laude from Northeastern University's School of Journalism in 1991, and I earned my Juris Doctor from New England School of Law in 1995.

I am a member of the Massachusetts and New Hampshire Bar Associations. I am also a member of the National, Massachusetts and Greater Newburyport Association of REALTORS®. In addition, I am a member of the Massachusetts Association of Buyer Agents. Buyers Brokers Only, LLC is a member of the Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce.

Personal Information:
I was born and raised in Bridgeport, CT, and I moved to East Boston, MA with two friends a couple of months after high school.

I lived in East Boston for 11 years, spending most of that time attending college and law school in Boston.

I presently reside in Haverhill, MA with my wife, Anne Marie, and twin boys.
